1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop Pretty Rude operated by Jerome Kwamo-Kamdem.
By placing an order, you agree to the applicability of these Terms and Conditions in their valid version at the time of the order.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the purchase button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation by email.
3. Products and Production
All products offered by Pretty Rude are produced on demand.
Production and fulfillment are handled by our print on demand partner Printful.
Minor deviations in color, print placement, or texture may occur due to the production process and do not constitute a defect.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed in the shop are final prices and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.
Payment methods offered in the shop must be used.
The order will be processed only after full payment has been received.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are produced and shipped by Printful and delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, production time, and shipping provider.
Pretty Rude is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Since all products are made to order, returns or exchanges are generally excluded.
This does not apply to defective or damaged items.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.
7. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply.
Pretty Rude is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products.
Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory statutory liability.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, images, texts, and graphics used in the Pretty Rude online shop are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
Any use, reproduction, or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.
9. Content and Responsibility
Our products contain satirical, ironic, and provocative statements intended as artistic and expressive content.
They are not intended to promote hate, violence, or discrimination.
By purchasing our products, customers acknowledge the expressive nature of the designs and accept responsibility for their personal interpretation and use.
10. Governing Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If the customer is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is Germany.
