All products are made to order and fulfilled by our print on demand partner Printful.

Please note that production begins only after payment has been successfully completed.

All items are produced on demand.
The average processing time is 2 to 5 business days before shipping.

Processing times may vary depending on product type, order volume, or external circumstances.

3. Shipping Time

Shipping times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 3 to 7 business days

• United States: 3 to 8 business days

• International: 7 to 20 business days

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, order size, and selected shipping method.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier system.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we cannot offer a refund.
Reshipping may require additional shipping fees.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with our fulfillment partner to offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Pretty Rude is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
