REFUND POLICY

1. General Information

At Pretty Rude, all products are made to order and custom printed after purchase.
For this reason, we do not offer general returns or exchanges.

This policy is aligned with our print on demand fulfillment partner Printful and applies to all orders placed through our online shop.

2. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • your order number

  • clear photos showing the issue

  • a short description of the problem

In these cases, a replacement or full refund will be issued at no additional cost.
In most situations, no physical return of the item is required.

3. Wrong Size, Color or Change of Mind

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • ordering the wrong size

  • ordering the wrong color

  • change of mind

Please carefully review the size chart and product details before placing your order.

If you ordered the wrong size, you may place a new order for the correct size.
As a gesture of goodwill, we may offer a discount code for a replacement order. Please contact our support team.

4. Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • failed delivery attempts

  • refusal or non collection

the package will be returned to our fulfillment partner.
Reshipping costs may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Unauthorized Returns

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.

If a return is exceptionally approved, the return address will be provided individually by our support team.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Custom made goods are generally excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU law.
